We begin with facts. A full fitness assessment including body measurements, weight, body-composition scan and medical clearance from your doctor.
Once you are cleared, we have a real conversation. We break down what you actually want: lose fifty pounds, stop waking up with a stiff back, feel good in your body again. I build a program around you, your goals and your life. We train hard, but we train smart. Safe, focused intensity. No random routines.

You train like an athlete. That means structure, precision and mastery. We move with control and intensity: fast, clean reps on the way down, deliberate powerful movement on the way up. Time under tension creates real strength, not fake progress.

We don’t guess, we track. Your private dashboard will include habit check-ins, workout tracking, progress photos and direct messages.
Prefer to text? That works too. Either way we stay in sync. I expect honesty: had pizza? Tell me. Didn’t sleep well? No shame. I’ll adjust your plan in real time to keep you moving forward. This is coaching that adapts to real life.
Nutrition Coaching: Eat for Life
This is not a diet. This is the beginning of lifelong nutrition habits.
Step one: we begin with basic coaching to get you back in rhythm.
Step two: we discover what works for your body.
Step three: make smart upgrades. You find foods you enjoy and a routine you can stick with long term.
Once the foundation is built, I will connect you with a licensed dietitian for more advanced planning if needed.
Until then you learn to eat to support strength, fuel recovery and feel like yourself again. We don’t eat to impress. We eat to live, move, recover and thrive. We eat to be strong now and even stronger at seventy.
Couple Training Available
If you and your partner want to do this together, I offer coaching for both of you.
Each of you receives a personalized plan, your own progress tracking and shared workouts to keep each other motivated. You can train together in person or follow remote plans and check in together. This is for couples who want real change together.
